In this mother-daughter argument, the mother slapped the daughter. The mother, enraged, stormed out into the parking lot and was going to leave with the car. Luis, caring for his daughter, went after his wife to calm her down and keep her from leaving them stranded. Police on scene saw Luis pursuing his wife and without any knowledge of what was happening, intervened. The Oklahoma cops stopped Luis and demanded his ID As he tried to bypass the officers to stop his wife before she left, they attacked him. For refusing to comply with commands they slammed him, face first, into the pavement. In front of his wife and daughter, they beat him to death.
