JOY DIVISION’S PETER HOOK and FRIENDS PLAY ‘UNKNOWN PLEASURES’ LIVE

Last year Joy Division’s and New Order’s Peter Hook toured the world with a collection of friends and musicians playing Joy Divisions’ seminal album, ‘Unknown Pleasures’ in its entirety as a tribute to the 30th anniversary of Ian Curtiss’s death. rip.
After phenomenal appreciation Pete Hook and the Light have agreed to do a handfull of select international dates for the final time. Peter Hook and The Light will play the album live in its entirety and sequentially finishing with, ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’ which was the first single released after their debut album.
They have booked  two exclusive UK dates and the only southern one will be at The Scala in London on 23rd April 2011 promoted by Absent Kelly.

The show will be memorable and special for all Joy Division fans & we are very pleased to announce that our very own New Wave Rock & Roll Punks ‘The Duel’ will be playing as one of the featured support acts.
